use

Preparation

At present, the preparation methods of p-bromoacetophenone mainly include Friedel-Crafts acylation method, 1-(4-bromophenyl) ethanol oxidation method and p-bromoethylbenzene oxidation method, etc. Among them, p-bromoethylbenzene oxidation method is divided into chemical oxidation method and molecular oxygen oxidation method. As an oxidant with low price, clean and pollution-free and good atomic economy, the method of preparing p-bro.

Color flake crystals. Melting point 51 ℃, boiling point 255.5 ℃(97.9kPa),130 ℃(1.46kPa),117 ℃(0.93kPa). Soluble in ethanol, ether, glacial acetic acid, benzene, carbon disulfide and petroleum ether, insoluble in water. Easy to volatilize with water vapor.

production method

Bromobenzene and acetic anhydride are obtained by reacting in the presence of aluminum trichloride. Add bromobenzene and dry carbon disulfide into the reactor, put into powdered anhydrous aluminum trichloride, heat until reflux starts, stop heating, add acetic anhydride dropwise, reflux for 1h after adding, evaporate carbon disulfide, pour the reactant into the mixture of hydrochloric acid and ice water while hot, filter dry, and distill under reduced pressure to obtain the finished product.
